The Monster Cycle is an indoor visual cycling class located in our pitch black BASSment. The only light coming from two large TV screens surrounding your instructor. Every ride is a multimedia experience set to the beat of the latest music videos. We practice "REAL" riding road based techniques in our studio. Our custom matte black SCHWINN bikes are equipped with Echelon Monitors, Universal Pedals for SPD and Delta/Look clips or your can wear your favorite sneakers with our cages.
